Handsome map of the world on Mercator's Projection issued by Air France in 1948 which illustrates the airmail and air postal routes covered by the airline as far afield as Shanghai, Isle de la Reunion, Buenos Aires and New York together with planned additional routes to such destinations as Cape Town, Sydney, Nagasaki and Moscow. There is an inset map at the top right of Europe showing the shorter routes from Paris.
