The poster promotes a documentary film on Beijing's Revolutionary Committee. Revolutionary Committees were tripartite bodies established during China's Cultural Revolution to facilitate government by the three mass organisations in China- the people, the PLA and the Party. They were formed to enforce the central leadership of Mao.
