With detailed captions and commentary written and published by pro-Beijing newspaper Ta Kung Pao. This book was published also with an alternative and rather more graphic title: We Shall Win! British Imperialism in Hong Kong will be Defeated! The book is complete and remains tightly bound. However there is significant brown staining which mainly affects the lower 2” of the rear quarter of the book, as well as the top edge margins near the spine. The photographs and captions are not obscured by the staining, but we have graded this book as in Fair condition and priced it accordingly. This is an important and extensive photographic record of the 1967 Hong Kong Riots.
