Robin Moyer made this photograph of Aung San Suu Kyi on the back porch of her house in Yangon, October 1995 at a time when she was under house arrest. The story behind this photograph is best explained in his own words:

" Suu's husband and their son, Kim, arrived during our shoot. She hadn't seen Kim for several years. Biggest smile I ever saw from her."
