Very Good Minus
B4232
Second (and preferred) edition. Octavo, pp 61 + two large folding maps. Red paper covered rigid boards with black lettering and decoration to the upper board. A very detailed report of the HKVDC including the fighting in Wong Nei Chong, Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay and Stanley. The first edition of this small book was published in 1953 but did not include the two large folding maps.

Ex-libris chop to the ffep, the map of Hong Kong island has a tear and some creasing but without any loss, binding tight, boards clean, overall in Very Good condition. Always a sought-after title.
