The sea, boats and a life living and working on the water has always been an integral part of Hong Kong which in the 1970's would most likely be experienced by tourist visitors with a trip on the Star Ferry, and in the mid 1970's most likely passing by Chinese sailing junks such as this. It is estimated as many as 150,000 people lived afloat in Hong Kong in 1963 and still as many as 40,000 by 1980.
This is the large, full sheet format of this poster which Northwest Orient also issued as a smaller quarter sheet.
