First Edition. Octavo, pp226, illustrated with maps and photographs. Red cloth covered boards. With original dust jacket. One of the best analyses of the Battle for Hong Kong and its capture by the Japanese Imperial Army in December 1941.

 

 
Near Fine condition book (a little dusty on top edge, sticker with previous owner’s name on bottom corner of front paste-down concealed behind the jacket flap, otherwise clean and square) in a Very Good Plus dust jacket (little foxing on rear flap only, price sticker removed from lower front flap which has taken a layer of jacket paper with it, fractionally faded on the red spine but much less than usually seen.)
